The Hardin features 137 mixed-income apartment homes. Unit types include single-story studios, studios with lofts, single-story one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with lofts, two-level one-bedrooms, and single-story two-bedroom floor plans.

The Hardin offers both affordable units (subject to income minimums and maximums) and market rate units (subject to income minimums, but not maximums). All apartments are leased on a first-come, first-served basis and in full compliance with all Fair Housing laws.
